In America: Los Angeles, San Diego, Irvine, Austin, Kansas City, Lorton, Buffalo, Nashville, Princeton, Schaumburg.
In Canada: Cambridge, Montreal, Toronto (lots of people!), Harrys Brook, Calgary.
In Britain: Belfast, St Andrews, Bolton, Whetstone, Bracknell, Pontypridd, North Acton.
In Europe: Antony, Agrate Brianza.
